Just a note on some housekeeping rules before the big day:
- Please ensure that mobile phones are switched off or on silent during performances.
- Photography: No flashed photography or video recording is permitted during the concert. We want to avoid any distractions for our young performers!
- Please be mindful that No food or drink is allowed inside of the auditorium.
- Limited onsite parking may be found at St Anne’s Church underground car park.
- Performers are to be dressed in a formal outfit with hints of Australian Identity.
- Please ensure that you arrive at least twenty minutes prior to the concert. This will allow us time to group the classes of performers together and to guide them for their seats during the concert.
- Once students have completed their performances, they will be supervised and seated at the allocated area on the right hand side of the auditorium hall.
- Presentation ceremony: a curtain call will be conducted toward the end of the concert, where all performers will be called according to the item order on stage once again to take a final bow to the audience. Parent (either mum or dad) is invited for a photo opportunity while presenting the certificate of participation to their own child on stage.
- Refreshment: Once you have collected your young performer(s), please head to the court yard for a light refreshment.
